Union Kitchen & Bar is a warm hospitality-driven neighborhood eatery serving modern American cuisine inspired by global influences.
the founders
Husband and wife team Roberto and Christie came from different backgrounds and two different parts of the world, each with its own unique culinary history. Christie was born in Peru and Roberto in Northern Italy. They met in South Florida and worked together to build the blue at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, one of the best fine dining restaurants in all of South Florida.
While they developed their skills independently, they met doing what they love and a “Union” was formed. Eight years and 2 children later, their passion for great food and drinks is evident with their new restaurant, Union Kitchen & Bar.

Christie and Roberto share the same passion for food and drinks.
Having worked with legendary restaurateur Michela Larson, further developed this passion into the skills needed to run a successful business.
They knew the next step was to find a place of their own, a place that was warm and inviting, but fun and eclectic at the same time. The menu is fun and ever-changing, the wine list is carefully thought out to offer everyone something.
At Union, our focus is on local and seasonal ingredients.
Whether it be by featuring local ingredients on our menu or the local breweries that we carry, our emphasis is to highlight what our "backyard" has to offer.
Our menu changes seasonally with only the freshest and in prime ingredients. Our wine list is carefully curated and focuses on uncommon grape varietals (smaller wineries).
